We are advised that this site has been recommended for approval for the demolition of a single house and construction of 2 new houses. There was a refusal earlier in the year, relating to details rather than principle, and plans have just been resubmitted having addressed the elements of concern to the planners.

 Heath Drive is a private road in Walton-on-the-Hill, with traditional and new houses. The plans are designed to fit very much into the mid range of house price with Plot 1 (2,975 sq ft G.I.) £1.5m and Plot 2 (2,998 sq ft G.I.) £1.575m. 

The guide price is around £1.350m to take over the scheme as the planning comes through. I attach the recent detailed application (which is not yet up on Reigate and Banstead planning portal) for your perusal and look forward to hearing from you if this proposition is of interest.
