We are instructed to market the above site which comprises approximately 1.9 acres located to the rear of a residential area. The land is partly wooded and very close to the Berwick ponds area but may offer some development potential subject to the usual consents.
The proposed access is via Mitchell Road, which our client says he has a right of way which he kept when he developed the block of flats at the end of the road.
Please note that the successful purchaser of this site will be responsible for our fees at a rate of 2% plus VAT of the eventual purchase price payable on completion of the transaction. An additional fee will become liable on signing of the option – the amount to be agreed.
