We are instructed to offer the above site subject to planning for an additional dwelling in the grounds of the donor property. The area is to be agreed but needs to be circa 0.25 acres to accord with current policy. There is the issue of the SPA as it is within 7 km of the Ashdown Forest but we are hoping in light of other planning successes this may be mitigated.
